Update as of February 19, 2025:
The Smith injunction that stayed the BOI reporting requirement for several months has been overturned and the reporting requirements are effective once again. Reporting companies now have until March 21, 2025 to file their BOI Report. FinCEN has stated that it might change this deadline, but reporting companies should act as if March 21st is the deadline to report.
