ABC retail permit renewal deadline extended

ATTENTION ALL NORTH CAROLINA ABC RETAIL PERMIT HOLDERS:

NC ABC has agreed to a grace period for retail permit renewals through May 31, 2024, at the request of the North Carolina Craft Brewers Guild and other industry associations.  If you have not yet renewed your permits for this year, you should do so as soon as possible.  This can be done online at https://epay.abc.nc.gov/ with the permit number and the PIN you received from NC ABC when you received your permit.  If you do not have your PIN, feel free to reach out to ASK and we’ll be happy to obtain it for you.

Reminder: commercial (brewery, winery, distillery, wholesaler) permits are perpetual and do not need to be renewed.  Retail permits which are still in temporary status (due to recent issuance) also do not need to be renewed.  Only permanent retail permits need to be renewed annually.”
