ABC PERMIT RENEWAL REMINDER

Retail ABC Permittee Clients:

This is a reminder that your permits need to be renewed by 4/30/2024. This can be accomplished online (https://epay.abc.nc.gov/).  You will need your permit number and PIN which ABC issued to you.  If you do not have your PIN, please let us know and we will be happy to get it for you.

If you are unable to see any permits in the renewal portal for ABC and your permits are commercial, note that commercial permits don't have to be renewed (they're perpetual unless/until ownership change or cancelation).  If your permits are retail: check to see if they're still in temporary status (temporary permits aren't subject to the annual renewal; only after they go permanent)

Failure to timely renew your permits will result in your permits being canceled, and reinstatement will only be possible by submission of a complete new permit application packet, and you will be unable to sell alcohol in the interim.
