DEREK J. ALLEN FEATURED IN NCBA’S EXPERT SERIES ON-DEMAND CLE

Derek J. Allen of Allen Stahl + Kilbourne is the featured speaker in this month’s Expert Series On-Demand CLE from the North Carolina Bar Association.  He joins with Raleigh’s John Szymankiewicz to give guidance on alcohol law for general practitioners in the one hour free CLE: “North Carolina Alcohol Law for Producers and Sellers.”

North Carolina Bar Association members can add the free CLE to their account any time in March and watch it within 90 days.

Despite the relative availability to the public at large, alcohol production, distribution and sale are highly regulated at the federal, state and local levels. Many attorneys make an entire career of working with the nuances of alcohol law, but the goal of this short program is to provide an overview of the regulatory issues facing businesses that work to deliver you your favorite pint, glass or dram. Derek J.
