Alicia E. HILL
ATTORNEY
Alicia E. Hill earned her law degree, with honors, from North Carolina Central University. She has a Bachelor’s in English from Warren Wilson College, in Swannanoa, NC.
Prior to attending law school (and during), she owned and operated restaurants in Asheville, NC with her business partner, Jacob Sessoms. They opened their first restaurant, Table, in 2005. They later opened the restaurant which became All Day Darling in 2008, the Imperial Life Cocktail Lounge in 2012, and El Gallo in 2020. Alicia remains the business administrator for all their business entities.
Her background as a restaurant owner in Asheville brings the firm a unique perspective that will benefit our clients immensely.
Hill says “The decision to go to law school was borne out of my desire to be of greater service to the unique needs of small business owners in and around Asheville. COVID-19 is just yet another example of the difficulties small business can unexpectedly face which require dynamic solutions and great adaptability to survive. I am interested in helping business owners navigate this complex landscape.”
Alicia has two sons, Dallas and Atticus, who are the joys of her life. She has a deep love of these mountains which she’s called home since 1998, and will happily play any game—board, court, or otherwise. Before opening Table, she taught English at Asheville High School.
