Every zoning and land use matter is different. The nuances and details of each project matter. Our attorneys use their experience and creativity to craft individual approaches to each unique project. We regularly represent developers and interest holders in legislative, administrative and quasi-judicial matters in front of city and county elected and appointed officials. We also represent parties on appeal in front of Boards of Adjustment, and North Carolina Trial and Appellate Courts.
